Occupational therapy evaluation
Occupational therapy evaluation
- 75-minute session – $225
- The evaluation can take place either in-person at my office in Lafayette Hill, PA or virtually via telehealth using secure video conference. Telehealth sessions are available to residents of Pennsylvania or New Jersey only. It may be possible to schedule an evaluation in your home or at another location of your choice (e.g., your office); visits of this nature may incur additional travel fees which would be discussed prior to scheduling.
- A prescription from your doctor is required for the evaluation. See more information about prescription requirements here.
- Farfalla Integrative Health is an out-of-network provider and does not bill insurance companies. Payment for services is required upfront and in full.
- If your insurance policy has out-of-network benefits, we will send you a superbill after your evaluation that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. (Read more about insurance and out-of-network reimbursement.)

- Each follow-up visit lasts 50-60 minutes. Price is $160 per session.
- Sessions can take place either in-person at the office in Lafayette Hill, PA or virtually via telehealth using secure video conference. On-site or in-home visits may be possible on a case-by-case basis. (Depending on your location, additional travel fees may apply and would be discussed prior to scheduling.)
- Farfalla Integrative Health is an out-of-network provider and does not bill insurance companies. Payment for each session is required upfront and in full.
- We will send you a superbill after each session to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits on your insurance policy. (Read more about insurance and out-of-network reimbursement.)
Myofascial Release (initial and follow-up sessions)

- In person only. Sessions take place in my office in Lafayette Hill, PA.
- 75-minute initial session – $225
- Follow-up sessions last 50-60 minutes. Price is $160 per session.
- Intensive treatment options are available. These involve multiple myofascial release sessions per day over multiple days. Please email christine@farfallaintegrativehealth.com if you are interested in an intensive.
- At Farfalla Integrative Health, myofascial release is performed by an occupational therapist and requires a prescription for occupational therapy from your doctor.
- We will provide a superbill after each session to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. (Read more about insurance and out-of-network reimbursement.)

New Client EFT tapping session
- 90-minute session – $225
- Session can take place either virtually over secure video conference or in-person at my office in Lafayette Hill, PA.
- Includes: comprehensive assessment of your situation, guided work on your issue using EFT tapping, instruction on basic technique for you to work on your own, recommendations for follow-up work (on your own or with a practitioner)

- 90 minutes – $199
- 60 minutes – $160
- 30 minutes – $80 (Note: The 30-minute session option is not appropriate for work on complex or traumatic issues.)
