She has over 25 years of experience as a healthcare professional. Farfalla Integrative Health is her private practice where she works as the founder and sole practitioner.

Working Together

I partner with people who want to move forward despite challenges that make daily life feel harder than it should. Many who work with me have tried multiple conventional approaches that helped to some degree but didn’t fully address other factors contributing to their ongoing struggles.

The work focuses on helping you function better in your everyday life while also, when relevant, addressing patterns in the nervous system and the fascial system that can contribute to long-standing issues.

We might be a good fit if you value collaboration, are open to exploring both the practical and mind-body aspects of your issues, and want support that ties therapeutic work to your daily life.

I use a targeted, down-to-earth approach tailored to your goals and circumstances to help you build momentum. Part of that process is identifying what to focus on first so you get lasting, positive results as easily and efficiently as possible without feeling overwhelmed.

While I’m always mindful about safe pacing, our work together doesn’t have to be long-term. With the proper focus, we can often get a lot accomplished in a reasonable amount of time (depending on the nature and complexity of the issue), and those benefits tend to generalize to other areas.

My services are not a replacement for medical treatments or traditional talk therapy. I always welcome collaboration with other professionals involved in your care.

My Approach

I combine an occupational therapy framework with therapeutic mind-body methods to help improve physical functioning and emotional well-being.

This approach considers how your physical and cognitive abilities, emotional responses, environmental factors, and life experiences interact to influence how you perform your everyday activities. By examining these patterns of interaction, we can chart an effective, sustainable course toward the real-life outcomes you want.

My work is grounded in over two decades of evidence-based practice, extensive post-professional training, and my own lived experience with symptoms that didn’t resolve with standard care alone.

I draw from multiple methods as clinically appropriate for your situation and goals. These include:
