Occupational therapy evaluation
Occupational therapy evaluation
- Available to residents of Pennsylvania and New Jersey only
- 75-minute session – $225
- The evaluation typically takes place virtually with telehealth using secure video conference. It may be possible to schedule an evaluation in your home or at another location of your choice (e.g., your office). Depending on your location, additional travel fees may apply. Any applicable travel fees would be discussed prior to scheduling.
- A prescription from your doctor is required for Pennsylvania residents. See more information about prescription requirements here.
- Farfalla Integrative Health is an out-of-network provider and does not bill insurance companies. Payment for services is required upfront and in full.
- If your insurance policy has out-of-network benefits, we will send you a superbill after your evaluation that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. (Read more about insurance and out-of-network reimbursement.)

- Each follow-up visit lasts 50-60 minutes. Cost is $160/session.
- Sessions are typically virtual through telehealth using secure video conference. On-site or in-home visits may be possible on a case-by-case basis. (Depending on your location, additional travel fees may apply and would be discussed prior to scheduling.)
- Farfalla Integrative Health is an out-of-network provider and does not bill insurance companies. Payment for each session is required upfront and in full.
- We will send you a superbill after each session to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits on your insurance policy. (Read more about insurance and out-of-network reimbursement.)
Myofascial Release (initial and follow-up sessions)
Myofascial Release (initial and follow-up sessions)
- In person only. Sessions are conducted either in your home or at another location of your choice. Depending on your location, additional travel fees may apply and would be discussed prior to scheduling.
- 75-minute initial session – $225
- 60-minute follow-up session – $160
- At Farfalla Integrative Health, myofascial release is performed by an occupational therapist and requires a prescription for occupational therapy from your doctor.
- We will provide a superbill after each session to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. (Read more about insurance and out-of-network reimbursement.)
New Client EFT tapping session
New Client EFT tapping session
- 90-minute virtual session conducted via secure video conference – $225
- Includes: comprehensive assessment of your situation, guided work on your issue using EFT tapping, instruction on basic technique for you to work on your own, recommendations for follow-up work (on your own or with a practitioner)

- 60 minutes – $160
- 30 minutes – $80 (Note: The 30-minute session option is not appropriate for work on complex or traumatic issues.)

- Follow-up sessions for returning clients may consist of direct practitioner work and/or instruction on point sequences for you to use as a home program (as appropriate).
- Virtual and in-person sessions are available.
- Virtual sessions are performed over secure video conference.
- In-person sessions are performed either in your home or at another location of your choice. Additional travel fees may apply depending on your location and would be discussed prior to scheduling.
- 60 minutes – $135
